Katerina Valvi is a graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace where she obtained her LLB degree. She has an LLM degree from the University of Southampton UK in Maritime Law and she attended an e-learning course by the Athens National and Kapodistrian University titled: ‘’Compliance with the monetary system’’. Katerina Valvi worked as a member of senior legal teams, with experience in trademarks, franchise, contracts, sponsorship agreements, leasing and Antitrust issues. She has also extensive experience in mergers acquisitions, corporate issues - public offering, franchise agreements. Katerina speaks English.
